1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products purchased from our website under the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery or Purchase.
- Proof of purchase order number or receipt is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been washed or used.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
3. Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on linen products. Please choose your items carefully before making a purchase.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us after reviewing the item.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
